Acer has officially launched its affordable Aspire C series All-in-One PCs, including the Aspire C22 and Aspire C24, with 21.5-inch and 23.8-inch screen sizes respectively. These new desktop PCs from Acer come with full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display resolution and run on Windows 10 operating system. However, the company also lets users select either FreeDOS or Lunpus Simple Linux as their primary operating system.
Acer Aspire C series come in impressive design, as both models feature extremely thin 0.31-inch bezels. Despite the fact that the two models doesn’t support touch screen, they gives users the ability to tilt the display anywhere from 15 degrees to 70 degrees.
In terms of specs, the Acer Aspire C22 model sports Intel Celeron J3160 processor clocked at 1.6 GHz. The PC has 500 GB of HDD storage and 4 GB of DDR3L SDRAM. While the Acer Aspire C24 is powered by a much more attractive 2.3GHz Intel Core i3 processor, and packs 1TB of storage and 8GB of DDR4 SDRAM.
It’s quite clear that the Aspire C series All-in-One PCs do not have the best specs in the industry, however, they do offer a decent budget-friendly option in the AIO PC category, which seems to make them more appealing to Acer fans. The Aspire C22 and Aspire C24 are currently available at select online retailers for $449.99 and $699.99 respectively. Acer also provides users with a standard one-year warranty.
So, it can be seen that the Aspire C series All-in-One PCs is actually aimed at users without any high-end gaming or application needs. What do you think of the Aspire C22 and Aspire C24? Did you grab one? Do let us know your thoughts and experience in the comments section below.
