Google Home gets more than 30 Services from Google

The great news for Google Home users: Google today added 34 new services to Google Home. Previously, quite a few users complained about its lack of services. This is true as only a small number of products and services have integrated into Home. So, Google’s decision to add more than 30 services to it can meet users’ expectations. This also marks the largest release of services since Google Home hit market in October and since the Google Assistant platform to make commands for Google Home is released last week.

These new additions is currently available in the Google Home app by heading to Google Assistant > More Settings > Services. Note that some apps, like Todoist, will ask you to link your account with the Home app.

You can access and interact with a service using a single voice command. You just need to say “Ok Google, talk to (name of service)”. For instance, if you wish to interact with the Domino’s app, you will say “Ok Google, talk to Domino’s”.

Here’s the full list of new services:

  • 21 Blackjack
  • Akinator the genie
