Step 1: First off, you are supposed to open the Settings app on your PC by opening the Action Center and clicking on All Settings button or opening the Start menu and clicking the Settings button located on the lower-left side of the menu.
Step 2: Once you are in the Settings dialog box, click System, and then Notifications & actions.
Step 3: You should see the current layout of the Quick actions buttons. From here:
- You can rearrange the buttons by dragging and dropping them in the order you want.
- You can remove the buttons by clicking the Add or remove quick actions link located beneath the button layout.
