We have learned that Samsung will not unveil the Galaxy S8 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona later this month. But, the company will announce another new Android device at the event, dubbed Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. A new report just claims to have an image of the tablet. As you can see in the leaked image, the Galaxy Tab S3 is accompanied by an S Pen stylus.
In terms of the design, the Galaxy Tab S3 is pretty much like the Galaxy Tab S2. Based on the leaked image, it seems that the tablet will come with a metal frame despite some confusion regarding its rear. There have been rumors going around that it will feature metal back, while some claim a plastic back.
According to sources, the Galaxy Tab S3 will sport a 9.7-inch SuperAMOLED display with 2048 x 1536 resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio, like the Galaxy Tab S2. It is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, along with 4GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of internal memory. On the camera front, the tablet is said to come with a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing one.
The Galaxy Tab S3 is also expected to come in Wi-Fi only versions, along with ones with Wi-Fi and LTE. Samsung is said to sell the tablet in its normal black color, along with a silver version.
In term of pricing, the Galaxy Tab S3 will be priced at around $580, which may be for the Wi-Fi only version, not the one with both Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity.
