Step one:  Go to Settings and select General

Step two: Once you are done, select “Background App Refresh” and turn it off.

Turning off Background App Refresh will increase your battery life and speed up your performance.

  1. Free up space

Low storage may result in sluggish device, so we recommend you free up storage to improve your performance. Your device is recommended to have at least 1 GB available at all times if possible.
