Although Ubisoft’s E3 2018 has ended, there was a whole lot to cover. Here is a quick roundup of Ubisoft’s keynote in this event. While Splinter Cell did not appear this time around, there were still other great games on show.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
Ubisoft waited until the last day of their E3 2018 expo, the company announced Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
In the game, players will be sent to the Greco-Roman era. There are options to choose two warriors: Alexios or Kassandra to be the protagonist. Both Alexios and Kassandra are bequeathed the broken Leonides sphere, which will make them more powerful. Each character has choices depending on their adventure going forward. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will officially be available on October 5, 2019.
For Honor was featured at Ubisoft presentation this year, and the company didn’t make players disappointed when announcing that the game would be free for a limited time.
In the Marching Fire update, there will be a new faction from China, named Wu Lin, which includes four new heroes added to the current list of 18 ones. Besides, Marching Fire update also comes with a new 4v4 multiplayer mode; lettings players join a full castle siege.
Marching Fire will be launched on October 16 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Those who are using PC, you can get the Starter Edition of For Honor for free via Uplay from June 11 to 18.
The Crew 2
The upcoming game of Ubisoft, called The Crew 2, also featured at the E3 keynote, when showing a trailer as well as its upcoming beta.
The Crew 2’s trailer revealed more than the four-wheel driving action in the 2014 game. There are Stunt planes, dirt bikes, street motorcycles, which means they will appear in The Crew 2’s racing game.
The beta version of The Crew 2 is now available for all PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One users.

Starlink: Battle for Atlas
In the E3 2018 show, Ubisoft also introduced Starlink: Battle for Atlas game, which is the collaboration with Nintendo.
In the game, players will return to the Atlas star system 400-lightyears from Earth and your missions are to fight against an alien legion with powerful spacecraft and laser guns. Players can also buy toys when connected to a special component, as well as unlock your counterpart spacecraft parts. Interestingly, Star Fox’s Fox McCloud will also appear in Starlink: Battle for Atlas game
The game will officially be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 consoles from Oct. 16.
The Division 2
During Ubisoft’s keynote, The Division 2 has been unveiled detailedly. The Division 2’s framework starts seven months later after a deadly virus was spread in New York City and the nation is becoming a shell of its former glory. Although the virus is contained, its effects are the most evident in the streets of the capital where survivors will have to struggle to rebuild. The Division 2 will reach all Xbox One, PS4, and PC devices in March 2019.
